I like to connect.
I like to connect in a deep and powerful way.
I am an earth based healer. A shamanic practitioner and spiritual mentor. I am a teacher and facilitator of sacred space.
Connecting deeply is important to me.
For my clients.
For you too, I guess.
We may yet to have met.
Or maybe we have.
Words are important.
Storytelling is important.
It takes us from the here and now and take us to that magical place of depth, of vision, of imagination,
of a new possible world to be
of a world you may already have entered.
Writing is healing.
Writing is sharing.
Community joins both.
Community is important
The right community. The community that holds and is happy to be held.
I tried social media. It never worked for me. I felt I was tending a garden “that society told me I had to”. It wasn’t my garden. It was someone else’s and I didn’t know how to tend it properly to let what I had to say thrive and grow.
So I’ve come here. To this place where I feel I can be more of my true self and invite you too to be more of your true self.
We live in a society that is fragmented, fast and at times very false. Where can we connect with other like minded people who talk our language, who share our vision, who through their words and actions are walking lighter upon the earth?
Maybe here?
Maybe somewhere else?
Maybe in many places.
I will put the kettle on on a Wednesday.
I like Wednesdays. It is the middle of the week where the beginning of the week and all its bits and bobs have come and gone, and the end of the week is yet to come.
Wholesome Wednesday, as I like to call it, is here to remind us to pause and to take a deep breath in.
I will write to you on (most!) Wednesdays and offer you soft words of mindful ways of being in your inner and outer world,
soft words of stillness and healing,
soft words of nature connection and meditations.
“Wholesome Wednesday” may it gift you with mindful ways of being in the world.
I would love to join me on Wednesdays too.
I look forward to connecting.
To sharing.
To being in the world in a more empowered way.
