Dearest one,

We are coming close to that time of year where life seems to be getting busier and busier, while at the same time things are getting quieter and quieter.

What is this period of time like for you? Is it busy? Is it quiet? Is it fun? Is it stressful?

Imagine you are sitting at my kitchen table drinking tea with me looking out my window…what would you share with me about the forth coming festive season? What does it mean to you? What does it mean for your heart?

Feel free to write to me too if you wish. I would be honoured to read what this period of time means for you.

Over the past couple of weeks I have written mindful meditations for you to read and sink into. The beauty of Substack is that you can come back and reread them over and over again.
