Sit on my porch and watch the sparrows take a bath while the robin sits on a fence post admiring the view. Have a ginger and lemon tea with honey and a hazelnut and chocolate chip homemade cookie. The evening primrose is showing off her last few glorious yellow flowers for the season and the roses and lavender are all still flowering despite the faint autumnal ambiance in the air.

I enjoy your meditations very much Sam, so many thanks 🙏🏻💕

Oh those lemon and ginger teas! I am such a fan of them, and your homemade cookie...that sound scrumptious! Would you be open to share your recipe?

We once got sparrows in Sydney. I remember them as a child, and now they have disappeared. I have yet to work out where they have gone... I saw them again when I travelled to the UK last year...a beautiful little bird, it reminds me of my childhood.

Bee, thank you for sharing your Robins and Sparrows, your tea and your roses and lavender with me. And a HUGE thank you for sharing so many things with me - including my meditations. I truly appreciate your presence and your support. 💖🙏🌸

Good morning, Sam! On weekends I have chai tea, but being it's a Thursday morning it is yerba mate. Outside the sun is slowly rising, and the heat from yesterday has lingered, it will be another hot one today. The garden and many of the flowers have reached their peak and have begun the wilting process. Yet there are still many colors, the zinnias are brilliantly showing off their rainbow ones! The cucumbers are almost done, only a few stragglers left. Yet the tomatoes are in full abundance. Which many of my neighbors are thankful for! The trees are still mostly green, but a few leaves have begun to turn and have fallen. Which also means the lavender will soon be coming around again for its second bloom. Thanks Sam for this slow and peaceful post!

Good morning here too! I have just had my breakfast on the balcony listening to the birds and gently feeling the sun warm the day. It's slowly coming into Spring time here, while you are having lots of heat. Your garden sounds so lovely - vegetables and flowers, a second round of lavender and the gentle reminder of another season to come...Thank you for sharing your yerba mate with me this morning. Much love xxx
