I love this, Sam! Finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. In the simple mundane aspects of living. Simply by paying attention to the pauses, the light, textures, subtle movements... I don't have to wait till I get it all done or complete an item on my list. I can do this in any moment. And there it is... Self-Care. Self-Love. Self-Compassion. Sam, I love how you keep reminding us, bringing us back to what matters. Thank you, dear friend, for your gifts! 💜

Ahh! to find the extraordinary in the ordinary. I truly believe that is where and how magic happens. It is all around us, just waiting to be felt, heard, seen, acknowledged...and like you said, one doesn't have to wait until "it's all done" to Be in the Extraordinary.

Bless you, dearest one. Thank you for self caring with me. 💖

This is so beautiful Sam, the practice of resting and doing nothing is the hardest one that I have had to learn. It's gets the smallest margins of easier as someone who has spent all of their time doing. Your words and the softness make it so much lighter, somewhere that I just want to fall into. Ahhhhhhh. Just letting it be.

Oh how lovely that you felt you were able to fall into my words. I was thinking the other day that I might record this piece, so that, maybe and possibly the resonance can go deeper when you actually hear these words said to you...what do you think?

It was also so lovely to sit with you the other day and share time. That felt very nurturing. Thank you. 💕
