What does living a simple life look like? One thing that comes to mine straight away, is to be a reflection of nature, where even the complexity, is simple. Thank you for this prompt to explore. 💖

After a period of dreary days, grey skies and frosty mornings that made it difficult to get from the warmth of early morning repose and start the day, I was cheered this morning by a tiny square of golden light reflected onto the curtain which divides the bedroom from the living room, then the shadow of the curtain on the wall, light, breezy - a promise. Soft and still and simple. A fleeting private moment of joy which got me out of bed.

Thank you for this post, Samantha. It was a timely reminder of the value of simplicity.

Sam this was soooo beautifully expressed. My life needs more simple right now, so this is an exquisite message to read and feel into. A reminder than even in my busiest time of the year work wise, I can still connect to the simplicity of being. It is early morning for me right now. A good time to just sit. Not with an agenda of meditation or contemplation. But to just be.

Ahhh yes...to just sit. With no agenda other than just to sit...that in and of itself is a powerful practice.Thank you for that reminder. TO SIT. I like to do that too. There is such exquisite beauty in just sitting.

May your guides bless you at this busy time, and hold you close, so that you feel filled as you give.

In deep gratitude, for you.
