YAY to you for doing all of that, and most importantly for giving yourself some chocolate! We choose at times to overlook what we feel are "baby steps"
thinking that we NEED to be doing more,
or that we SHOULD BE doing more
more
more,
and yet it is the baby steps that makes us feel safe and secure,
held and supported.
How wonderful the world would be if we were able to acknowledge the smaller steps as well as the bigger steps.
YAY to you! YAY YAY YAY YAY!!! And here is a bunch of flowers for you 💐
This is the kind of energy that wraps around you like silk but lands like a thunderbolt. The way you turn the tiniest moments into something worth celebrating is nothing short of alchemy. It is a reminder that presence is power, that just showing up is an act of quiet revolution.
You weave words like a healer, not just offering comfort but commanding recognition for every small but seismic effort. This is not just softness, it is strength, the kind that whispers but never wavers.
Reading this feels like being held, like hearing a voice that says, I see you, I honor you, and damn right, you are doing enough.
Bless you. You have blessed me with your words. I smile to read that my words have landed softly and with strength, whispering and never wavering, wrapping around you and landing like thunderbolts. Bless you for sharing deeply how my post affected you.
Hey Sam! Oh I have been soooooo feeling like that lately. One step at a time, and each step is heavy. But YAY to what I can do! So I feel you here... I posted this in notes today, and I am responding with it here, because it seems so fitting:
Yesterday was a challenging day, sometimes being empathic sucks!
In the afternoon I stepped outside for a walk, the cool air was sharp against my face yet refreshing.
I crossed paths with some neighbors, and we shared a conversation, turns out we all felt the same, it’s tough times.
And a simple reminder, I need to get out more often.
Returning home, I did some work in the garden and harvested some arugula for dinner.
But it was the yellow hummingbird that captured my mood and replaced it with a huge smile on my face.
I watched as it darted back and forth, a blur of energy from limb to limb, tree to tree.
Making clicking noises as it displayed its aerobatics.
Yet, it was the flyby right next to my ear, the soft hum of its wings as sweet music to my soul!
I definitely needed to read this today, thank you Sam 💖
Bless you Emma. In honour of the little steps you took today. In honour of all that you achieved today...just one step at a time. 💖
A Yay in return for all your steps! Thank you for being my unknown cheerleader!
I feel everyday is a baby step. When I start feeling overwhelmed with not doing enough in my day. I like to think over everything I did.
You feed yourself ✔️
You watered yourself ✔️
You rested ✔️
You did laundry AND put it away. You deserve chocolate for that
YAY to you for doing all of that, and most importantly for giving yourself some chocolate! We choose at times to overlook what we feel are "baby steps"

Ahhh, the beauty of nature... to hold our soul in its purest form, way beyond the boundaries of societies restrictions.
Yes, being an empath is such a challenge at times. And yet the world is better because we are here. YAY TO YOU beautiful lady xxx
Thanks Sam! I appreciate you! 💜🙏💜
