This is so perfect for me Sam. This is exactly what I've been experiencing of late ready for the next phase. I'll repeat this often. Thank you dear one. Louise xx
This was the perfect post for me Sam, I still feel as though I am gripping on to something in preparation for the next phase. This is such a beautiful, supportive process that I'm going to keep repeating. It really is medicine for the soul. Thank you. xx

My beautiful friend, thank you for your lovely comment. I am so glad that it was the perfect post for you, that it gave you the medicine that your soul needed. I send you so much love, peace and gentleness. xxx
Well done on sharing your first voice over, Sam! I’ve done the same recently and decided not to overthink it 😅 it’s out there and I feel proud. It can surely be improved but like everything in life it can also just exist without any labels . X
Thank you Carmen for your beautiful comments. Oh how your words really resonated with me. To feel proud (yes I sure did!), to know that I can improve (yes!!!) and then you wrote.. to just let it be without labels...THAT WAS SACRED MEDICINE FOR MY SOUL. To release the should have's and should be's. To release the comparisons and the what if's. To release the "did people even listen to it?" and the outcome...Just to let it be...and in that to let it form its own way in the world.
Ohhh sometimes it’s the spontaneous thoughts and ideas that somehow get written down in a way so they truly resonate, do glad it was helpful to reframe the labels and shoulds! 💖
This is so beautiful, Sam! I love the image of the hand opening, releasing it's tight grasp. I also love all the things you do to help release the grip. Dancing, in particular, really spoke to me. First dancing with what you want to release. So lovely! It sort of speaks to a practice I've been trying lately of literally embracing, hugging, whatever life experience comes my way. Thank you for your beautiful words!
Yes holding tight... I can even shame myself for holding tight, as if I can force myself to let go by bullying myself. It truly is an open hand. I love this metaphor and have used it too. It is so kinesthetic, relatable. I do similiar things that you do to support the release, I dance, move, hike, take a walk. Physically focused is what works the best for me. Even though tarot readings can at times too. Today my husband and I are going on a new hike. Being out in nature always puts things into perspective for me.
Oh Julie...thank you for sharing your vulnerability - to shame yourself and bully yourself...To honour the "Why do we do these things to ourselves?" to name those things I believe is also part of the letting our hands open.
I too feel that movement is part of my sacred medicine...to dance or move my body, to walk or swim, to skip or even do non structured stretches on the floor...I find it helps my body move it around and through and out.
I do hope you had a lovely hike and that the landscape helped you open your hands more.

Thank you Jenna for taking the time to read and be in the energy of my words.
I love the sound of your practice...to embrace, hug etc whatever life experiences come your way.. that is a lovely thing to do.
May you have a lovely day. 💐
