Let me share with you my story around Marketing and Business strategy…
Once upon a time when The Great God of Marketing came to town and happily gave out Business and Marketing Strategy skills for free -
I was out of town!
Maybe I was on a rock overlooking the ocean.
Maybe I was walking sacred circles and immersed in ancient sites.
Maybe I was sitting in circle with folk healers, druids and shamans.
I KNOW I DEFINITELY DID NOT meet the God of Marketing and Business Strategy,
and as a result Self Promotion has not been something that has come easy to me.
When folk ask what I do, I scan the situation first before even saying “I’m a healer.”
Even now.
I guess it comes from the time when folk “witch hunted me” in both this lifetime and past.
When I send you emails, I find it hard to promote my workshops more than once a week…what about if you find that I am too pushy? What about if I “annoy” you? What about if I pop into your inbox “ too many times?”
Ahhh, what about if I chose to stop self sabotaging my gifts and my offerings…(I wonder can you resonate with that?!)
Then one day I met the Goddess Leonie Dawson (I have written about her before - you can read how she inspired me to take my own Wedding Vows)
Leonie is a wildly creative neuro-divergent introvert. She is an award winning entrepreneur who has built an incredibly successful online business - by doing things HER way.
I would describe her like this
Equal part unicorn and rainbow
shimmering with immense generosity and compassion
while wearing shoes of reality and presence.

Why did I first join her academy
