I'm sorry for your loss Sam, I felt the pause as you were waiting for the passing. Taking the time you need is so important, whilst you hold that precious responsibility. Blessings to you Sam as you walk this path. Lots of love to you! And know that I am literally walking this road with you. I had a dear close friend suddenly pass a little over two weeks ago. Yes, to self-care. Sometimes that means for me taking care of business. Today it means going to the beach, we are in a heat wave right now. And I need some calming wave action for my nervous system. So, again, blessings to you Sam, as you walk this path...
And blessings to you too dear one. May the ocean and the waves cool you and calm you, and may taking care of business do as it needs to as well. Oh how I can relate to the "business end of things"...each a step closer to calming the energy, each a step closer in honouring that, in my case, my uncle, no longer has any business/admin/emails etc etc left to attend to. And in such closing his admin duties and his "life."
