"WAITING FOR YOU TO PAUSE in your day to day reality to sit with them in the world of dreams and visions loves and passions." What a sweet invitation. Thank you for the meditation. The slowness and the ongoing pausing was quite relaxing! I loved picking up the pebble/stone. I do this a lot when I am visiting a place. It journeys with me while I am there and then I either give it back to the land when I leave or take it with me as a memory or as a magical piece it has become. So touching to have that included in your meditation.
Julie, thank you. Thank you for taking the time to listen and to journey with me into another time and place.
I too stop and pick up little pebbles, and do as you do...keep just for that sacred time or take home and use as a sacred medicine item. Sticks too! I have lots of sticks and stone...ahhh, Mother Earth's Medicine...
Oh! I love sitting on that bench with you, Sam! ♥️🤗♥️🤗 And I cannot wait to do the meditation. Thank you for so generously offering it here. Pause. Ahhhhh. That's what my soul needs.
I couldn’t wait to do this meditation Sam and as I expected it was exactly what I needed. Things have got so cluttered in my mind that to immerse myself into this meandering was the the gentle release that brought me back to stillness. Thank you so much with grace and gratitude. 🙏💫
This is beautiful Sam, I look forward to listening to the meditation when I can sink into it.
I love how you frame this waiting period in a gentle, sacred light. Sometimes waiting can feel more like being limbo and very uncomfortable. As I get older I have come to see the necessity of the sacred pause and I’m much better at allowing it to unfold.
Thank you Donna for your lovely comments and sharing.
I too can relate to "getting older" and appreciating the need for pausing and being still. I wonder if it is a blessing of sorts as we get older...that we appreciate the importance of slowing down and taking our time..That we appreciate the need to take time to fill our own cup. That we appreciate the need, that just for this moment in time we need to step off the world per say, and just pause, so that when we do step back on the world we are more grounded, safe, held, balanced and intuned and feeling empowered.
Thank you Donna for your sharing. I would be interested in hearing how you found the meditation.
