Beautiful meditation Sam! Wonderful that it was about a tree, especially since I have been spending a lot more time lately in redwood forests. I related to the tree being a threshold to above and below. The branches reaching to the sky and its roots below connecting to other trees and plants. This has been a powerful image for me for some time. The tree's message here was not one in words, but echoed this threshold. Bringing it deeper as an imprint in my being. Thanks again Sam, a very calming experience.
