When our breath opens the door to healing.

Hello dear one,

Today marks 6 months or 26 weeks since I first recorded a meditation for you to listen to. That feels very significant and I just want to say thank you for joining me each week.

I wonder:
What has been your favourite meditation thus far?
Is there a theme you would like me to focus on for future meditations?
What have you received from listening to my meditations?

Using our breath for healing is the title I gave for today’s mediation.

Have you ever been in such pain that your posture shrivels in on itself?
Have you ever been in such pain that your heart feels as though the door has been locked?
Have you ever been in such pain that you feel that your mind is about to explode?

May this meditation gift you with a special key
A key that can be used over and over again
A key that will open windows and doors
for self healing,
for pain relief
for a simpler way of life.

Meditations with Sam
"Meditations with Sam" has been created to gift you with a space in the week where you can pause - knowing that for this moment in time someone else is holding space for your heart, for your dreams, for your joy, for your pain and just for you.
May these podcasts gift you with a deeper sense of mindfulness and stillness.
May they be a place where you can come for self awareness and self love;
and may they gift you with soft moments - soft simple still moments - that you can take away with you and hold gently in your heart, in your day, in your life.
