There is a softness about this photo
A softness that comes when one sees beautiful baby animals
Tiny little animals fast asleep.
Tiny little animals so tiny that their eyes are probably still closed,
and yet here they are all snuggled up and held safe.
This meditation is an invitation for you to snuggle up
as you say Thank You to your body,
and in saying Thank you to your body
you are gifting it a space to breathe out
and feel safe.
Thank you body for all you have done for me today.
Thank you body for all you have shown me today.
Thank you body for being strong,
for trying new things,
for just being MY BODY.
Thank you body
and goodnight.

When was the last time you said Thank You to different parts of your body?
When was the last time you said Goodnight to different parts of your body?
How did this meditation make you feel?
What do you think it would it be like, if you said “Thank you” and “Goodnight” to your body more often?
