Sam, I did this meditation this morning. This one took me very deep, which is fascinating because it's a shorter one. Something about those pauses... the pauses... each one an exploration... pausing... pausing... into a sweet relaxation...
Thank you for sitting with me my dear friend. I like what you write..."the pauses...each one an exploration"...It is true...each one is like that...a gentle exploration into something special...something relaxing...something liminal...x
Bless you. Thank you for joining me. I share a free meditation each Sunday eve via this publication. Feel free to join anytime. May you have a lovely week. 🙏
And yet we need time to be still. Loved this, thank you so much Sam. I always appreciate how much magic appears in these pauses - how the sweetness of the present becomes apparent.
Oh yes! I do so resonate with what you wrote. We SOOO need stillness. We so need time to pause and as you say..."how much magic appears in the pausing...and how the sweetness of the present becomes apparent." To find the magic and sweetness in life...in the mundane, in the normal, in the everyday, in the extra-ordinary. Bless you Raine. Thank you for sharing your wise words with us all.
