The Tree and I is a beautiful meditation that invites you to breathe in your inner landscape, and in doing so fill yourself up with life-force in such a way that you begin to expand and connect deeper with the land, yourself and your environment.
This particular meditation also invites you to merge into a Tree, to sit on its branch and to even sleep deep inside it.
