I find that these cross over times really invite me to come more into my true self, and at times that means that I feel very out of balance before I can get into balance. This whole post made me exhale deeply. Yesterday I felt chaotic and out of alignment, and today I feel much calmer and in balance. I didn't realize it was the equinox! Yesterday I gave myself the grace to feel the chaos and today I'm giving myself grace to feel the peace.

This is lovely. I have a whole new outlook on Equinox this year. I'm in the north and spring has always felt like renewal and a new year to me, over the calendar new year in January :)
