What a beautiful reminder to take shelter when you need it and know that Mother Earth will take the strain, whilst you regain your strength, your poise, your meaning. A natural resting place.

This is beautiful Sam. Trees have so much grace and life. I love the feeling of being sheltered by the trees just like the nest with delicate and fragile blue eggs that you shared a picture of and spoke of. Letting this deeply rooted presence hold my tender self.

Yesterday I went hiking in a forest. Redwoods, oaks, pines, all pillars digging into the ground while reaching up to touch the sky. Accompanied by birdsong and the sweet trickle of the nearby stream. I could feel their strength holding me, even the trees that were partially there and the ones that were only bones from a fire several years prior. Yes, even the wounded ones stood as a message....

Oh how beautiful dear one. How beautiful...even in the burnt, the wounded, the broken, Mother Nature provides us with such grace, healing and holding. Thank you for sharing your recent walk with me...I felt the ancient trees surround me here. Many blessings to you 💖

I love the reminder that even in nature's shedding of leaves, green, and visible life, there's an invisible force of life still at work. It's a beautiful and abundant reminder for us, especially in those times where we feel as if we are shedding all of our life. We have an inner strength, and we will renew. We can trust the process. Thank you for this!

Krissy, you are so welcome 🙏 Nature certainly is such a wonderful teacher, guide, mentor and holder of all that we need. To trust the process is at times very hard . Sometimes we feel as though all we are doing is shedding and shedding and shedding, and the world around us feels as though we are in a constant tempest. May, like the tree whose roots are strong and solid, whose branches can sway and bend, may we too know we can do the same, and at the same time feel a sense of renewal in the process.

In honour of your journey Krissy. Blessed be 💖
